I received my letter last Thursday (20th June) but I think I may have accidentally misplaced it.
Does Parcelforce send a reminder letter for customs payment or are alternative ways to contact Parcelforce for a new letter (other than phoning them)?
I will be at work until 3:00pm (15:00pm) – so I will not be able to respond to any questions and replies will be late.
